Does anyone know what this is? I use it all of the time but wanted to see if anyone else knows what it is.

That is a frog! You place it in the bottom of a vase for aranging flowers!
You're kidding, right? Does it clean something off? A mini shoe brush. a super large fingernail brush. I would think not a self-defense mechanism since you use it all the time. hmmmm.
